Letter: Cars, trucks and buses
Andy Stone recently explained the fallacy of a straight-shot Nascar track down Main Street (“How many bright ideas does it take to screw in a dim bulb?” Commentary, The Aspen Times, July 6). More cars jammed up idling on Main Street. I’m sure the $500,000 study will come to the conclusion that the problem is too many cars in this valley and that a larger highway will simply increase the amount. Not having a bus lane will discourage riders and add to the problem.
