Thank you for thinking of the animal shelter

We at Lucky Day Animal Rescue would like to publicly thank the sixth grade class at Aspen Middle School for their support during their Service Learning Week. We were lucky enough to be the recipient of their service project. These young adults, under the guidance of their teachers, Kristen and Matt, created a pop-up business where they had to create a website, posters and a product to benefit a nonprofit. The kids sold dog food, dog bandanas, brownies, cookies, fresh fruit and some lemonade. They raised $200!

We are so appreciative that they decided to support homeless pets; it demonstrates compassion and responsibility, two qualities that help create a better world.

To Sienna, Saffron, Phoebe, Caitlyn and Susette, we think you guys rock! Thank you so very much.
