ACLU follow-up meeting

We had a very successful meeting two weeks ago to participate in the American Civil Liberties Union resistance training. On Saturday we will get together again to brainstorm ideas on outreach to immigrants. We have met with local police. We are talking to the sheriffs. We have invited Samuel Bernal of the radio station Tricolor to help us define specific things we can do to support the immigrant communities we care about and depend on. Nothing is getting easier for them in these stressful times.

Please join us at 3 p.m. Saturday in the community room at the Pitkin County Library. Invite others who may be interested, too.

See you Saturday.
