• The lumberyard housing construction probably not beginning til 2024 or 2025 when it was bought in 2007! And Burlingame Phase 3 not starting til 2022 when it was approved in 2011?

• Chain stores allowed in Aspen — remember when they were not?

• The HOV lanes on Highway 82.

• The car impound lot that was at the old art museum.

• Putting the city office building at the Rio Grande.
