Trump intoxicated on his own power?

In his letter improbably headlined “Trump a builder, not destroyer,” Chad Klinger, sage of Basalt, takes me to task for referring to Trump as the Lord of Misrule. After an impressively pedantic journey through the marches of distant history, Klinger gets down to cases: Trump can’t be the drunken Lord of Misrule because he doesn’t touch the stuff. Talk about literal! All I know, Chad, is your man is drunk on something.
