New Red Onion smells green

Unfortunately we just lost another local watering hole and eating establishment to big business. It is super sad that Red Onion is in the hands of the restaurant magnates in town and was not offered to somebody who was willing to support the working class. I can only expect we are in for another revamp like the Woody Creek Tavern with high-priced food and drinks and the people to come along with it.
