Letter: Vote for Jeanne McQueeney

I am writing in support of Jeanne McQueeney for Eagle County commissioner. Jeanne has been an active member of the community for 23 years. She was the school board president for a number of years. She is the founder and executive director of Early Childhood Partners, a nonprofit that identifies and services children and families in need across the county.

She teaches early-childhood development classes at Colorado Mountain College and runs free workshops for early-childhood educators. She brought the Family Leadership Training Institute, a 20-week civics and leadership program, to Eagle County. Jeanne sits on several boards across the county.

Jeanne has raised two children here and has experienced the changing landscapes as the county has grown. She understands the needs of the broader community as families struggle to make ends meet. Jeanne has shown time and again her ability to lead with conviction and dedication. She is able to evaluate each situation with a clear head and a broad perspective. Jeanne McQueeney is the right candidate for Eagle County commissioner.

Please join me in support of this great community leader.

Thank you for your consideration.
