Letter: Touched by a legend

I am a local CNA for home health care. Without breaking the HIPPA laws, I want to state a very heartfelt message. I have had the privilege of getting to know some of the finest local legends. I just recently lost a patient who touched my heart in a profound way. You who know me know what I am talking about. To be with someone who tells you about the beginning of Aspen, what the people were like and the spirit of town is a true treasure. How he transformed the town to give everyone the true feeling of paradise. I am so ever grateful for getting to know who he was. He shared with me his dreams and nightmares. He told me about the true heart of Aspen. I held his hand through some very

tough times, but he continued to smile and laugh every day. I have learned so much from such an amazing man! May we all remember those who gave us this beautiful memory of how it should be.
