Letter: The blame game

Now we are getting somewhere.

I wrote a direct and clear letter to Councilwoman Ann Mullins explaining how and why Aspen’s land-use code has been abused by the Communty Development Department. She responded saying, No, the abuse has come from the City Council. Look at what has been built recently and decide for yourself. Isn’t there enough blame to go around?
