Letter: Thank you for supporting Anderson Ranch

Thank you to all who showed their tremendous enthusiasm and support for Anderson Ranch Arts Center and our 35th annual Art Auction and Community Picnic on Saturday. We are truly humbled by the outpouring of love for the ranch and grateful for the opportunity to welcome so many friends — both new and old — to our campus on a beautiful summer day. Our art-loving community made the success of this event possible, helping us to exceed our fundraising goal for Anderson Ranch programs and scholarships! Thank you once again for your help. We look forward to welcoming all of you back soon.

A very special thank-you goes to our board of trustees for its support; to Barbara Lee, who curated our live auction; and to Becky Murray, chairwoman of our development committee. We also would like to thank William O’Reilly and the team from Bonhams. We are exceptionally thankful for their expertise and dedication to this event.

We would like to recognize the generosity of our event sponsors, who stepped up in countless ways: Art Alternatives, Aspen 82, Aspen Brewing Co., Aspen magazine, The Aspen Times, Blick Art Materials, Bonhams, Clark’s Market, The FrameCenter, Paddle8, Roaring Fork Beer Co., Simply Framed, Stash and Suerte. Thank you also to the town of Snowmass Village and Aspen Skiing Co. for their support.

Finally, we would like to thank all of the artists, galleries and members of the Anderson Ranch family that contributed works to the live and silent auctions and the generous volunteers, staff and interns who truly made the event a success.

Nancy Wilhelms

Executive director, Anderson Ranch Arts Center
