Letter: Texas pride coming to Aspen

Texas pride coming to Aspen

Dear Editor:

A long, long time ago, Aspen was part of Texas. And in Texas, we are raised with backbones.

My fellow Fort Worth-ian, Senator Wendy Davis, who stood up to big government in the Lone Star State, is coming here Aug. 14 to speak at Blanca O’Leary’s casita and the T-Lazy 7 Ranch.

Anyone who believes in liberty and standing up for the little people will be inspired by Wendy’s inspirational story.

Lee Mulcahy
