Talk the talk, walk the walk

Michael Bloomberg is a hypocrite. How dare he to try to take away my constitutional rights!

If Bloomberg really believes unconstitutional tactics such as random “stop and frisk” searches designed to disarm the populace can “save a lot of lives,” as he has said, the fastest place he could make a start would be to have his driver stop the car the next time he’s crossing a bridge and order his 17 bodyguards to toss all their hardware into the river.

Just do an Internet search for “Bloomberg bodyguard.” You will quickly encounter photos of the ex-mayor moving from place to place surrounded by a beefy cadre of armed goons.

Why does Bloomberg (like so many of his ilk) figure he deserves this kind of armed protection but not everyday Americans who can’t afford a dozen armed strongmen with them when they run down to the corner for a pizza?

With a net worth of about $34 billion, Wall Streeter Bloomberg is reportedly the 16th-wealthiest person in the world. He spent about $74 million each time he got himself elected mayor of New York City. In office he then tried to make all New Yorkers healthier by outright banning sugary soft drinks in large containers. But in the world of the left liberals, it’s your intentions that counts. He believes in the “Do as I say, not as I do” mantra.

I love my life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I think I’m going to hit the range and rattle off 1,000 rounds out of my M4 and then chug a 2-liter bottle of Mountain Dew!
