Letter: Take them to court

I am an employee at Cache Cache. I participated in the Monday power “outrage.” I would suggest that the city show it is pro-business and sue the contractor that caused it. All the restaurants and businesses affected can join the suit as a class, and we can all be compensated.

Businesses that do the type of work that caused the huge loss of revenue in Aspen should be bonded and insured. The mayor said we should do something to prevent another episode like this. The best way to do it is sue!

The city is always involved in some type of frivolous ligation, but this legal action would be justice and hopefully prevent a company from acting without thinking. Think twice before you dig.
