Letter: Sir Lancelot resides in Basalt

I honor Rick Stevens.

As a resident of New Castle working in Basalt, I am becoming knowledgeable of the inhabitants of Basalt.

Two weeks ago, I suffered an injury in Basalt, and Stevens came to my rescue. Up to that time, I had never met him or knew that he was running for public office.

A compassionate man of great sensitivity should be the chosen candidate for mayor of this town that I have grown to admire and appreciate. My hat is off to you, Rick! You are a model for the perfect person to hold office in this wonderful country we are fortunate to live in.
