Letter: Science Sundays were a hit

Science Sundays were a hit

We loved Science Sunday at Jimmy’s. Our 8-year-old twins really enjoyed being in a small environment, walking around from table to table to learn about electricity, robotics and magnetism. All the experiments were geared toward their age level, with lots of creative activities for them to get a feel for how science works. I know Adelaide enjoyed watching the bar soap expand in the microwave. Edwin loved experimenting with Snap Circuits. I think it is a great event and hope to see more of this type of afternoon activity. It brings out the little scientist in everyone, even us adults. Great snacks were a key to keeping their little brains energized.
