Letter: Save Little Annie’s

We are happy to read that Janet Roberts and Larry Fredrick enjoyed eating in Little Annie’s even more than we did (twice a day for 20 years) (The Aspen Times, April 30).

Annie’s has always been a triple threat — good food, a great and friendly staff and one of the most authentic atmospheres in Aspen.

We, like many others, are saddened to see this icon officially closed. We would like to see the town rise up to save it. Hopefully it is not too late.

Little Annie’s is not only located in the heart of Aspen; in many ways it is the heart of Aspen.
