Dear friends of Bernard,

We will be celebrating the life of Bernard Phillips at the Mountain Chalet on Aug. 15 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Ken Adelman will be officiating. If you would like to speak, please let me or Ken know. We only ask that it be personal, short and, for extra points, funny.

Donations may be made out to Christ Episcopal Church in memory of Bernard Phillips or designated for the Bernard Phillips Memorial Fund (written in the memo). These are small recitals given at the Christ Episcopal Church. For more information, you can go online to http://www.musicinthewestend.com. You also can contribute to the Amyloidosis Foundation in memory of Bernard Phillips.

If you have special photos of Bernard, please forward them to me. We are collecting for a couple of photo displays of Bernard.

If you wish to RSVP, you may. We all cared deeply for our friend Bernard, who left us quite unexpectedly.
