Letter: Race card overplayed
Response to Carl Heck’s letter in the March 23 Aspen Times (“Partisan picks”):
Yes, Carl, there probably would be a vote if it were a Republican president, because the Republican president would nominate a conservative to the bench, not a liberal. It has nothing to do with our current president being black! Most of the Obama critics are common-sense people who dislike his ideology and agenda, which have proven to be anti-American, pro-every-other-country and anti-Constitution. Stop already with the B.S. about the president being black being the reason so many people think he’s been a terrible (for America) president.
Furthermore, GOP senators are obstructionist for good reason — our president is radical, liberal and very far left.
