Letter: Preserve parking

Cheryl McArthur is right on when she says that the Aspen City Council needs to create more parking spaces downtown (Letters to the Editor, Aspen Daily News, June 14). So many parking spaces have been removed, and yet so many more people are now living in town or coming to town. Her letter should be read by all council members.

Why are we allowing developers to get away with eliminating parking?
