Letter: Petition against Ordinance 19

We are organizing against Ordinance 19 because we oppose 60-foot-tall buildings, a reduction of affordable-housing requirements, loss of downtown parking spaces, millions of dollars in fee waivers — the cost of which to taxpayers city staff cannot even quantify — and the right to convert lodges to condominiums in five, 10 or 20 years.
