Letter: Passion for mine runs deep
Passion for mine runs deep
Dear Editor:
I can’t say enough about how great our Smuggler Mine tour guide, Jay Parker, was! Talk about a man who loves his work. Smuggler Mine is a community treasure, and Jay’s knowledge and enthusiasm are truly impressive. As important as the geology and history that our kids learned was the inspiration of one who has found his life’s calling. Jay is positively an inspiration. For those of you who have hiked Smuggler from the top numerous times, don’t miss seeing it from the inside. It truly is where the heart is. Thank you, Aspen.
