Letter: Noise rules downtown Aspen

Noise rules downtown Aspen

Too much pollution, noise and congestion, for this very little town, from 5:45 a.m. to 2 a.m. Will the new mayor and councils finally address these real issues and make some needed changes?

The downtown residents and the lodging community need and deserve a better and healthier living environment. We need help, and resolutions.
