Letter: Microchip the Boko Haram captives
Microchip the Boko Haram captives
Boko Haram is demanding the release of all imprisoned members of its terrorist group in exchange for the release of kidnapped girls. There was a movie “They Shoot Horses Don’t They?”. I am not a horse owner, nor do I have a dog any longer — RIP Penny. There is a microchip technology to help reunite animal and owner. There are GPS chips to locate lost phones and the nearest Starbucks. Why not microchip Boko Haram captives, let them go and follow them home. They chip horses, don’t they? I’m just saying.
