Letter: Marketing tips for Snowmass
We see the Snowmass Village group sales director job is calling for a genius to interview and secure the gig.
I’d consider entertaining the interview only if the Vill will commit to only chunking up solid business deals and visitor purchasing strategies that minimize the dollar flows to nearly zero for Aspen.
I understand the Aspen/Snowmass reservation system. However, it is weighted toward Aspen. Snowmass Village must stand up more for its well-being, don’t you agree?
Therefore, the Snowmass Village tourism department must remove any promoting of Aspen to make its efforts much more fruitful and meaningful its employer.
The Vill can hold its own with its own name solely to the targeted world class markets and affluent consumers. That’s why its name is Snowmass Village, not Snowmass, which is not a city or town in Colorado.
I’m not asking for much, am I?
