Letter: Lesser of the evils?
Dear Editor:
The best and the brightest? I can vote, but I’m stumped by the two mayoral candidates and all the bickering, even as neither has won the office yet.
Wow. I can hardly wait. Let’s get rid of the “opposition” so we get some margarine lefties who can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. And let’s get an ex-mayor championing one over the other. Go, team!
If this is Aspen’s best and brightest, orchestrated by a man whose greatest contribution to local politics is by not running again, then in all likelihood I should stand down and let nature take her course. But maybe not. Perhaps I should waste my vote on the least harmful candidate. Politics. You can’t live with it, and you can’t live without it.
Cheers!

Grateful for Boebert
All the liberal letters denigrating Lauren Boebert’s Second Amendment support are mere extensions of Trump Detangement Syndrome. Gun-haters believe limiting law-abiding citizens’ gun rights will decrease crime.
