Letter: Hotel project a bad idea

You’ve got to be kidding — half of a new hotel with 39 rooms located by City Market with 19 parking spaces six blocks away, with the other half located by Carl’s, with 39 rooms and no parking spaces, and throw in someone saying the rooms should be $150 a night “most of the time”? My question: Is that 78 rooms with no parking anywhere near where they are located? I see Art Daily calls this project innovative and courageous. Those are not the words I would have chosen for two hotels with no parking for their guests or workers. The time has come to just say “no”!

I would appreciate if anyone left who still cares for the town votes for Bert Myrin.
