Letter: Greek standard not a great one to follow

It seems Americans don’t recognize the folly of following in Greece’s socialist footsteps, because we (allegedly) have smarter people (they think) who know how to make socialism work.

If that wasn’t true, shouldn’t the media be crying out loud about how socialists are driving our country to ruin?

I guess Greece just doesn’t have the right people in charge — surely with all the geniuses we have running our government, things will work out better for the U.S. (sarcasm).
