Letter: Great job on festival cleanup

Dear Editor:

Congratulations are in order for the city workers who almost miraculously converted Monarch Street from an overabundant arts festival (with seemingly hundreds of tents) to normalcy by Monday morning — and they did it all in Sunday night’s rain! Appreciation and thanks to those city workers for a job well done!
