Letter: Filling shelves

The Aspen Lift-Up food pantry would like to publicly thank Dave Clark — the general manager of Clark’s Market — and the entire Clark family for their very generous donation of nonperishable food to the pantry before they closed for renovation last week. We were able to restock our shelves just in time for the offseason and bring extra donated food to the Carbondale pantry. Special thanks to volunteers — Lorraine Spector, Jody Hecht and Cathy Lenyo — for all their help. The Aspen pantry is located at 465 N. Mill St., No. 12, and is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for residents of Aspen and Snowmass Village.
