Letter: Don’t dam all of it

Don’t dam all of it

Mike McDrill’s idea of damming several of our small streams to improve things should just remain that: an idea.

Obviously, he’s missed the dialog of the past 35 years or so about how well the Glen Canyon Dam has improved things for the Colorado River drainage. Mike, keep your ideas in the upper valley please. Dream about how to improve your little fifedom of Aspen but leave Avalanche Creek and the Crystal River Valley out of it.
