Letter doesn’t know the law

The letter in the Aspen Times on July 9 claiming that when the city attorney, city clerk and city council refuse to obey the law that says “there shall be a public vote,” that doesn’t constitute “breaking the law.” I wouldn’t recommend a lawyer who believes that.
