Let me make sure I have my facts straight. The former director and former senior planner of the city of Aspen Community Development Department, Chris Bendon and Sara Adams, started their own little planning firm and are now fronting for Mark Hunt, only the biggest developer to hit town in the past 25 years. Nothing suspicious there. Sounds like business as usual in the town of Aspen, or should we finally change the name to Fat City like Hunter suggested years ago?
