Letter: An outpouring of love
When I lost my brother to an apparent suicide many years ago, I chose to remain home for over a week (it may have been two; it hurts to remember). I could not imagine facing my co-workers or my day-to-day activities while dealing with such agonizing grief.
Thankfully the staff members of The Aspen Times were able to stand together, help one another through their excruciating sorrow, do their best to continue putting out good newspapers and help this entire community cope with their feelings. This has been a very tough time for much of the Aspen and Roaring Fork community, but this newspaper has made it more bearable.
The sharing of love by The Aspen Times family has been a godsend to all of us. Thank you.

More kindness, less judgment with Mulcahy
