Letter: An artist’s gratitude

If you haven’t visited the Art Base Annex gallery for an exhibition or art talk, put it on your list!

I recently had the honor of exhibiting in this beautiful gallery. The whole experience was one of the most heartwarming, uplifting and rewarding of my career.

I would like to thank Genna Moe, executive director, and her excellent staff for their invitation and hard work; Andrew Travers of The Aspen Times and Lynn Burton of the Sopris Sun for their articles regarding my exhibition; and all the patrons who attended the opening or the art talk or just dropped by to view the art. And a huge hug of gratitude for the patrons who added my art to their collections.

Another exhibit is installed now, giving more artists who live in our valley an exceptional opportunity, which we greatly appreciate. Please don’t miss it or the future exhibitions.

Also, thanks to Rose Laudicina for the layout of Andrew Travers’ review of “Evolution of a Dream.” It was art in itself!
