Letter: A surprise agreement

In response to Richard Goodwin’s letter (The Aspen Times, May 28, Commentary), it is true that I was extremely surprised to find myself agreeing with the Koch brothers on anything. Other environmentally concerned residents of the Roaring Fork Valley may be feeling the same way. However, just because the city of Aspen spent millions of dollars on any project without voter knowledge or approval does not mean that is a means to force a vote in favor of that project. Shades of Burlingate? Encouraging this modus operandi will only ensure its continuance.

Kimbo for Aspen City Council

Vote for Kimbo Brown-Schirato for council. She’s the right choice at the right time for Aspen. She listens, works extremely well with others, and she’s effective.
