Letter: A pretentious sport

Snow polo, and polo in general, is a ridiculous, boring activity for spoiled, wimpy, nonathletic types like the lackluster Brits Prince William and Prince Harry, who apparently is unable to stay atop his pony. The only thing more pointless than a bunch of knuckleheads on horses chasing an orange ball around is a crowd of senseless, fur-clad spectators in a white tent with too much alcohol and mind-numbing DJ music blaring. The cultural vacuousness of Aspen is on full display this holiday season.
