Letter: A friend needs help

A friend needs help

As many of you know, I was hit by a car four years ago at the intersection at airport intersection. It was a rough time for me but the community really helped my family and me recover in many ways.

My sister and I have a friend who was recently hit by a car in Snowmass. She is new to the area as of this winter. Her injuries are very similar to mine and she needs a lot of help.

Getting hit by a car is really expensive and she needs help. If you go to Alpine Bank, please write a check to Hannah Park for medical expenses.

Please keep her in your prayers and she will recover like I did.

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
