The Aspen-Pitkin County Housing Authority violates the law with impunity. Let’s remember APCHA refused to look at my art records back in 2015. Why not allow us to pay one of the new fines instead of eviction from the community? Regarding The Aspen Times hit piece that claimed all judicial remedies have been exhausted, this has not been ruled on.
