GOP on the wrong track with health care
Senate Democrats have won a great legislative battle defeating Obamacare repeal and replace — maybe equal to the original passage of Obamacare. Obamacare escaped unscathed and unchanged. Now we can just lay back and enjoy it.
Meanwhile, as Maurice Emmer wrote, the Republicans are fighting the wrong battle. They should be attacking health care costs. One suggestion is to apply the Medicare payment controls to all health care emanating from Obamacare. This is a working system and no new regulations to add the over 17,000 pages for Obamacare.
