Going in circles

A crazy idea: How about doing the work at the roundabout from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.? It wouldn’t be the first time in this country work at a major traffic area was done during off hours. During the current offseason the two biggest employers are the school and the hospital and there is no way to get there outside of the roundabout. A little out-of-the box thinking on timing would have saved everyone a lot of time, and reduced exhaust as well. Gotta run and wake my kids up so they can leave an hour before school starts to go 4 miles.
