Dogs in grocery carts are unsanitary

It seems a bit unsanitary to have to put one’s groceries in a cart after someone’s fake service dog has been sitting in it. If the health department is prohibited from enforcing the health regulations, at least the market could steam clean the carts after they have been used for animal transport.
