Decaying bridge over Aspen City Council’s head
The other morning I ran into two of my friends who serve on Aspen City Council at Gorsuch’s coffee bar. They were having a meeting.
I’ll bet it wasn’t about how to replace the obsolete Castle Creek bridge with a reliable four-laner plus pedestrian and bike paths before the 58-year-old, rickety old bridge falls down.
