County sending wrong message on ATVs

What a joke! It was bad enough when the so-called leaders of the county decided they would no longer allow ATVs on Little Annies nor Midnight Mine or Aspen Mountain but now we find out they will not be allowed on Pearl Pass or Express Creek and our tax dolllars are going to be used to pay rangers to enforce this new ridiculous law! Basically what the county is saying is “We don’t want those kind of tourists here.”
