Bear not responsible for post office incident

I am outraged.

In Pitkin the post office door was left unlocked. Bear pulls lever-like handle to get it. Bear struggles to get out to no avail. Bear was yellow tagged last spring — first offense. Bear euthanized — it was not his fault. Unbelievable.

How many DUIs can a human have until they are put away for a long time?

Answer: Until they kill someone.
