Time to accept it: Aspen route should go through Marolt

Over the past 45 years I have often read about traffic mitigation plans for Aspen. The City has spent a ton of money in studies and the problem just gets worse. I was amused at the latest “study” proposal because it never mentioned the reality about how much is traffic is caused by workmen and women who need their vehicles for their jobs. They cannot park at the intercept lot and take buses. So isn’t it time, once and for all, to just reroute traffic through Marolt?
