An unnecessary headline

Regarding “Black man gets felony in alleged racial fight,” by Jason Alexander, Aug. 9, The Aspen Times.

If this headline did not turn your stomach, then the opening sentence will, or should. That either got past the editor is sickening and demonstrates a mentality right out of the ‘60s South.

Racism is alive and well in Aspen. One could only wish it were fake news.
