10-year-old: Mask up and get with it, people

I am 10 years old and I have a 7-year-old sister who loves to annoy me. It is very hard to tolerate. I wish people did what they are supposed to do because then I can see my friends and have a break from her.

I have a question for everyone that reads this and thinks COVID-19 is not real. Why? Why don’t you wear a mask? Why do you throw parties? Why don’t you care about others? There is really no excuse. My great grandfather used to say, “You must do the things you need to do to do the things you want to do.” It is that simple.

I think this brought stupidity out of people and people are very selfish. Everybody bought toilet paper, and no one knew when they could get it again. When my mom went to the store the other day, she could not find any mixed vegetables. When I went in the store with her, half the store’s shelves were filled with nothing. I just wish everybody could do what they are supposed to do so I can have my life back. I bet the people who do what they are supposed to do feel the same way. So please do what you are supposed to do so everything can go back to normal.
