Letter: Support a good cause

Thank you in advance to our wonderful community sponsors for our upcoming “TRI” movie fundraiser benefiting our local Roaring Fork Women’s Triathlon Team scholarship fund and our global Organic Health Response, Sisterhood Health Navigator Program on Mfangano Island, Kenya.

We could not have moved forward on this fundraiser without the seed support of US Bank, Desk Top Consulting, Ginni Galicinao Inc., Dental Lab Technologies, A4 Architects, 7th Street Salon, Barnes, Pearson & Associates; Sunshine Travel, The Property Shop, Angela Hanley and Carol and Chuck McCurry.

The limited engagement screening of the movie “TRI,” by Red Zeppelin Productions, is 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17 and at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Crystal Theatre on Main Street in Carbondale. The movie trailer is at http://www.triforcure.com. Join us for movie night as the Roaring Fork Women’s Triathlon Team celebrates our mission of fun, fitness and philanthropy.

Tickets are on sale now online for $20 at TRIMovie.Eventbrite.com. Limited tickets will be available at the door. For more information, contact nrein@rof.net.
