Letter: Scott Writer an independent thinker

For those of you who have not yet cast your ballots for this election, vote for Scott Writer for Pitkin County commissioner. He’s an independent candidate and an independent thinker, full of fresh ideas about housing for locals, fostering local businesses and stewarding our natural amenities. And as an independent candidate he will be free from party platforms and big donors to present his ideas and pursue the most promising ways to put locals first.

Our communities are facing serious issues from financing new public infrastructure to revamping the local housing program and we need serious people to shepherd these endeavors. Scott will bring ideas and intellect to the discussions going forward. Vote for Scott!
