Letter: Celebrate with Roaring Fork Conservancy

Since 1996, Roaring Fork Conservancy has inspired people to explore, value and protect the Roaring Fork Watershed. We bring people together to protect our rivers by monitoring water quality, working to keep water in our rivers and streams, and preserving riparian habitat. The Conservancy has grown to be one of the most respected watershed action and education organizations in Colorado. Much of that success has come from the people who have worked alongside Roaring Fork Conservancy to help make it what it is today. We celebrate our 20th anniversary this November as a strong and effective watershed organization, and we would like to cordially invite you to come celebrate with us from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Riverside Grill in Basalt. Hors d’oeuvres, door prizes and, of course, birthday cake. Cash bar with a portion of the drink proceeds to benefit the Roaring Fork Conservancy.

Come raise a glass to our rivers!
